Home contractors, verified against state license records
We pull the official license files, re-check them on a schedule, unpublish lapsed licenses, and label exactly what every specialty claim is based on. No pay-to-rank. No reviews we can't verify. Just the records — and how to read them.

License-checked, on a schedule
18,718 contractors across Florida, California, Texas, Washington, checked against Florida DBPR (Construction Industry Licensing Board) and California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) and Washington State Department of Labor & Industries (L&I) files. Lapsed licenses get unpublished — most directories never look twice.
Evidence-labeled specialties
"Roster-verified" means we matched the business to an independent certification roster. "Self-described" means the signal is their own name or materials. We tell you which — nobody else does.
Never pay-to-rank
Listing order is never sold. When a Featured Partner placement exists, it's labeled. How we verify →
